OVERVIEW THE RAMBUTAN

Rambutan tree is native to Southeast Asia countries like Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, etc. It also grows in some areas of East Africa, India, and South America.

Rambutan tree is evergreen that attains a height of between 14 and 25 m. The leaf is elliptic to oblong shape, yellow/green to dark green with yellow or bluish green veins underneath.

WHAT IS LEMONGRASS?

Lemongrass is a perennial plant, growing in a bush 0.8 m to 1 m  high. The leaves and oil can be used to make medicine. It has a very specific, strong, unique scent thanks to the large amount of essential oils contained. Lemongrass contains 1-2% essential oil with light yellow color and lemon aroma.  The main ingredients of essential oil  are citral and geraniol.

Black tea- called red tea in Chinese - is the type of tea which is more oxidized out of all the other teas like  white, green and oolong teas. The flavor of black tea is stronger than other tea base on this intense oxidation.

Green tea has a flavor like the early morning sun, gentle floral aroma, and delicate mild acrid taste. When enjoying, the first impression is a slight acrid taste on the tip off the tongue, followed by a gentle sweetness in the throat.
